SPONSOR: This Giveaway is sponsored by GLD LLC, 30 Northeast 25th Street, Miami, FL 33137 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to residents of the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor or its affiliates and any individuals and entities engaged in the administration, execution or prize fulfillment of the giveaway are ineligible to enter or win.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin at 12:00am ET on February 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on February 8, 2025 (hereafter, "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete the below activities (each, an "Activity") to receive one (1) entry. 

1. Take a photo with GLD Super Bowl LX Pendant

2. Post photo to Instagram and tag @shopGLD @NFL and #GLDSuperBowILX

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: After the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner (the “Winner”) from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Winners at the e-mail associated with their entry no later than February 28, 2026. If any prize notification, prize, or contest communication is rejected or returned as undeliverable or if a recipient cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), such recipient may be disqualified and an alternate recipient may be selected from all eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a GLD Extra Large Iced 2026 Superbowl LX Pendant. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,500.
