What’s Eligible

We accept returns on non-custom Gold Plated and Vermeil jewelry that’s unworn, in original condition, and includes all original packaging.

Not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom jewelry

• Moissanite

• Solid Gold

• Grillz

• Gift cards

• Licensed League products (NFL, NBA, NCAA, MLB, etc.)

• Any item that’s been worn, damaged, or altered

U.S. & Canada

• Store Credit: Free return shipping

• Refund to Original Payment: $5.99 processing fee deducted

International

• Store Credit: Free return shipping

• Refund to Original Payment: $19.95 processing fee deducted

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label by email.
If you prefer to use your own carrier, GLD isn’t responsible for lost or damaged packages - please share tracking info with our team.

 

Refunds

After your return is delivered and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus the applicable fee).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.

 

Exchanges

Want to swap for another size or style? Easy.
Start through the same return portal and choose Exchange - the same 14-day window and product requirements apply.

 

Promotions, BOGO & Free Gifts

If your return brings your order below a BOGO or promotional threshold, all free or discounted items from that offer must be returned.
If they’re not included, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
If a free gift isn’t returned, a $25 deduction applies.

 

Warranty & Repairs

If your piece is outside the 14-day return window or not eligible for return (Custom, Moissanite, Solid Gold, etc.), you may still qualify for warranty or repair service.
