Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for items in brand-new, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

- The email address used at checkout
Important notes:
- All BOGO or free promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund
- Solid Gold, Custom, Moissanite jewelry, and Grillz are not eligible for return or exchange

Warranty or Repair
If your item has damage, you can request a warranty replacement or repair using the same form.

- Gold Plated – $19.99
- Earrings / Non-Iced Vermeil – $29.99
- Moissanite – $49.99
- Solid Gold, Watches, Custom – $99.99 (repair only)

- Use the provided label to send the item back
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process the replacement or begin the repair
