Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every piece we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories (gift boxes, certificates, etc.).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom items, final sale products, and licensed league pieces (e.g. NFL, NBA, NCAA) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any item showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange.
You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds & Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you selected store credit or exchange, you’ll receive an email confirmation with next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, simply choose “Exchange” when starting your return. Exchanges are processed as soon as your original item is received and verified.
Warranty & Repairs
If your piece arrived damaged or needs repair, please visit our GLD Lifetime Warranty page for replacement or repair requests.
Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.
