We stand behind every piece we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories (gift boxes, certificates, etc.).

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom items, final sale products, and licensed league pieces (e.g. NFL, NBA, NCAA) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange.
You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If you selected store credit or exchange, you’ll receive an email confirmation with next steps.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, simply choose “Exchange” when starting your return. Exchanges are processed as soon as your original item is received and verified.

Warranty & Repairs

If your piece arrived damaged or needs repair, please visit our GLD Lifetime Warranty page for replacement or repair requests.
Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.
