Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for items in brand-new, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

What you need:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

Important notes:

  • All BOGO or free promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund
  • Solid Gold, Custom, Moissanite jewelry, and Grillz are not eligible for return or exchange

How it works:

  1. Submit the form
  2. Get your return label
  3. Send your item back
  4. Receive a refund, store credit, or exchange


Warranty or Repair

If your item has damage, you can request a warranty replacement or repair using the same form.

Pricing:

  • Gold Plated – $19.99
  • Earrings / Non-Iced Vermeil – $29.99
  • Moissanite – $49.99
  • Solid Gold, Watches, Custom – $99.99 (repair only)


How it works:

  1. Select “Warranty/Repair” in the form
  2. Pay the applicable fee
  3. Use the provided label to send the item back
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the replacement or begin the repair

We accept returns for items in brand new condition within 14 days after receipt.

What can you send

We accept returns on all of our non-custom, Gold Plated and Vermeil jewelry. We do not accept returns or exchanges for Solid Gold jewelry, Custom jewelry, Moissanite jewelry, or Grillz.

Additional items

BOGO and any Free Promo items must be returned when requesting a Refund or Store Credit.
