OFFICIAL RULES – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

SPONSOR

This giveaway is sponsored by GLD LLC, 30 Northeast 25th Street, Miami, FL 33137 (the “Sponsor”).

TIMING

The GLD ComplexCon Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will run beginning at 12:00 PM PT on Saturday, October 25, 2025, and ending at 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, October 26, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any individuals involved in the administration, execution, or prize fulfillment of the Promotion are ineligible to enter or win.
 Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

Step 1:
Enter your information into the form provided on the giveaway page and upload a screenshot of your ComplexCon ticket to verify proof of attendance.

Step 2* — If You Shopped With Us at ComplexCon, You’re Already Ahead!

• Spend less than $140 = +3 entries
  
  

• Buy a vermeil or moissanite piece OR spend $140+ = +10 entries
  
  

• Buy a solid gold piece OR spend $400+ = +15 entries

*Purchases made at the GLD booth (10/25–10/26) automatically qualify for extra entries. Sponsor will verify purchases with selected winners—no additional action needed.

Step 3:

Post and tag #GLDGang and @shopGLD on Instagram or TikTok for an additional +3 entries.

Limit one (1) entry form per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries using different email addresses or social accounts may result in disqualification.

WINNER SELECTION

During the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will randomly select 8 winners for Tier 1–2 prizes.
Any potential winners not physically present at the GLD ComplexCon booth at the time of drawing will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from eligible entries.

Sponsor will also randomly select at least 20 additional winners for Tier 3–4 prizes during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor will attempt to contact all potential winners via the email provided in their entry form no later than November 10, 2025. If any prize notification or communication is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, such entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be provided.

All prizes are awarded “as is.” Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically stated as included herein. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 for the value of prizes as required by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GLD LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all related parties from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical errors, lost entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s and its affiliates’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, voice, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

GOVERNING LAW

All disputes arising from this Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to GLD’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.thegldshop.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Participation constitutes agreement to the terms of that policy.
