By submitting your story, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
-To qualify for the 10% discount code, submissions must meet all requirements, including the minimum character count and providing a genuine, meaningful response. Incomplete, duplicate, spam, AI-generated, nonsensical, or otherwise low-quality submissions may be disqualified at GLD's sole discretion.
-Discount codes will only be issued for eligible submissions. Submission of a story does not guarantee receipt of a discount code.
-Limit one (1) discount code per customer. Multiple submissions from the same individual, email address, phone number, household, or account may be disqualified.
-Discount codes are unique, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
-By selecting "Yes" to Can We Publish Your Story?, you grant GLD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to publish, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and share your submitted story, name, city/state, and any accompanying content across GLD-owned channels, including but not limited to websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
-By selecting "Yes" to Can We Use Your Story/Content In Ad Campaigns?, you additionally grant GLD the right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, and display your submitted story, photos, videos, likeness, and related content in advertising, promotional, and paid marketing campaigns across any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation.
-You represent that all submitted content is your original work and that you have the rights necessary to grant the permissions described above.
-Winners of the $100 giveaway will be selected and contacted on or before August 1, 2026. GLD reserves the right to verify eligibility and substitute an alternative winner if necessary.
-GLD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time and to reject any submission that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
